The project organizes the rear portion of the property as an active zone directly connected to the pool and beach area a space used intensively in daily life. The integration of the basketball hoop is treated discreetly, and level changes are resolved with large stone blocks that add character to the composition. The quiet zone is placed laterally, where a sunken fire pit creates a sheltered, intimate corner. Layered vegetation forms green walls and ensures privacy, while plant selection offers visual interest and chromatic variation throughout all seasons.

In the concept phase, several organizational options for the functions were analyzed, with the final solution reflecting the clients' choice within a coherent and balanced ensemble.
