The proposal organizes the green spaces of a residential neighborhood on the shore of Floreasca Lake through tree alignments and shrub masses along street zones, while for private yards, hedge boundaries and small trees are planned, leaving the rest of the gardens open for individual landscaping. The park dedicated to residents includes sports and play areas, dynamic paths modeled through grade changes and a beach zone near the dock, with vegetation organized in green screens and expansive lawns, complemented by an annual flower zone.
