The landscaping organizes the green space of a new apartment building, adapting to light variations and diverse site conditions. The rear zone, heavily shaded by the above ground parking structure, is treated with shade shrubs and groundcovers, while at the parking edge a hedge is proposed to reduce the visual impact of the three parking levels. On the side, above the underground garage, the soil depth permits planting of shrubs, perennials, and lawn. The front adopts the plant language of neighboring landscapes, using grasses and visually compatible species to create coherence along the street frontage.
