The landscaping addresses an apartment terrace in the One Cotroceni residential complex, with an area of approximately 210 sqm predominantly dedicated to green space. The intervention is adapted to the limited available soil depth, which cannot be supplemented, through the use of small and medium-sized perennials and by organizing vegetation around the glazed terrace area the primary use space throughout the year. A vegetative screen of conifers contributes to visual filtering from the neighboring building and creates a coherent green backdrop. The landscaping was defined through consultation sessions without technical drawings or visualizations, to be adjusted and supplemented over time through periodic supervision, based on plant development and terrace usage.
