The landscaping covers a 25,000 sqm estate and is conceived as a lush space organized on levels that capitalize on the natural terrain differences and create distinct zones, each with its own atmosphere. Vegetation is predominantly Mediterranean, with palms and abundant plantings arranged around the perimeter for privacy and a continuous green backdrop. The composition includes three interconnected ponds with waterfalls, bridges, a tea pavilion, a cooling platform with a sheet waterfall, sports courts, playgrounds, and a pool area. The structuring across different elevations visually separates functions and gives each zone its own character, resulting in a spectacular, cohesive landscape adapted to the local climate.
