Each planted island has its own color palette, differentiated by shades of red, blue, yellow, or green. In the rear portion of the complex, where the visual perspective is less favorable, the space is entirely forested both for screening and to compensate for trees cleared during construction. Green zones near vehicle circulation are treated with low stature vegetation, keeping the space open toward the street frontage.
