The rear zone, heavily shaded by the above ground parking structure, is treated with shade shrubs and groundcovers, while at the parking edge a hedge is proposed to reduce the visual impact of the three parking levels. On the side, above the underground garage, the soil depth permits planting of shrubs, perennials, and lawn.
