Landscape design

The landscaping transforms a 30,000 sqm site with stability issues, invasive vegetation, and significant level changes into a safe, accessible green space adapted to the submontane context. Native vegetation is used for soil stabilization, biodiversity enhancement, and microclimate improvement through layered plantings, perennial meadows, and shaded zones. Pedestrian pathways, rest areas, viewpoints, and a playground create a cohesive natural park, complemented by a decorative pond and cascades integrated along the stream course, which contribute to stormwater management. The ensemble functions as an educational and recreational space dedicated to the community and the appreciation of the local landscape.
